"I would like to take the time to thank all the team at MSA. We were based in Pesaro for the winter of 2022/23 doing a full paint job at Canterie Rossini.

Gianluca, Victoria and Lorreta took amazing care of us as crew and all our needs. With the new Italian Visa situation for yachts in shipyard period they went above and beyond to gather all the information and get the necessary appointments and visas required. As a captain this took away a lot of stress from me for which was much appreciated. Also, with deliveries from outside EU and dealings with Italian customs, without them many of items would never have been received so I thank them for this.

The work they did over the winter to make out lives easier was immense and is by far the best agency I have had the pleasure of working with in my 17 years as a captain. We left Pesaro not as agent and captain, but as close friends and I look forward to working with Gianluca and his team in the future."
