Second MSA Yacht International Meeting takes place in Urbania, Marche Region in Italy.

MSA Yacht International Meeting is an annual event, which Gianluca Devicienti, MSA Yacht CEO and General Manager, decided to organise on a regular basis as an occasion to riunite all the team scattered all over the Adriatic, to get to know each other better, to improve internal communication, to share projects and motivation inside the team.

Two days spent together were full of meetings, discussions and, undoubtedly, fun. On the first day MSA Yacht team experienced a horse riding lesson. It became a moment of relax and reunion with the nature, which boasted spectacular autumn colours. For someone that was the first-time experience of horse riding so everything was even more exciting and unforgettable.

After a quick break for an unmissable shower, the MSA Yacht team switched an entertaintment mood to a working one, as the evening session of the meeting was fully dedicated to reporting results of the last summer season 2023 with its successes and key issues. Every office representative from Pesaro, Venice, Brindisi, Tivat delivered a complete report which helped to create a shared vision of where the company is, in which direction it is moving,  what are the main points to be improved.

The first day of the MSA Yacht meeting wrapped up with a typical dinner (cappelletti in broth) and cozy talks by a fire place.

The day after the whole morning was dedicated to a stress management session, during which the MSA Yacht Team learnt the distinctions between different kinds of stress (distress and eustres), spoke about the main causes of it during an everyday's work and practiced some new strategies how to cope with this widely spread syndrome. The session was concluded by several team building games.

In the afternoon the works continued with two quite demanding meetings. The first one was a planning session where some new operation procedures and instruments were introduced. Moreover, the team shared their vision on the marketing strategy for 2024 and started a planning of marketing actions for forthcoming yacht shows. The official works of the meeting were concluded with an education session about the import and export of goods for yachts berthed in Italy. The session was hosted by Gianluca Devicienti, MSA Yacht CEO and General Manager. Thanks to Gianluca's previous experience of almsot twenty years of yachting, he shared with the colleagues the main normatives, special documentation requested and several practical cases.
